Last week I shared a round up of three great places to have a wine bar date night in Orlando. Here’s a recap of that segment which aired on SBK Live FM 104.1:
The Wine Room
This Park Avenue DIY tasting bar features nearly 150 wines by the one-ounce pour, cheese flights to nosh with your vino, as well as a selection of 18 eclectic draught and bottled beers. This is a great spot to sample some wine you may not have tasted before. Consider signing up for one of their monthly wine classes.
Eola Wine Company
EWC has locations on Park Avenue as well as downtown by Lake Eola and offers more than 70 wines by the glass. One of their best features is their wine flights, 20 different wine pairings consisting of four 2oz pours, which allow budding connoisseurs to taste several wines on one outing. Soak up all that vino with one of their gourmet flatbreads.
The Dessert Lady
There are about 20-25 different wines by the glass at The Dessert Lady on Church Street, but this decadent locale’s best feature is, obviously, the desserts. Mile high cakes packed with more deliciousness (and calories) than you can imagine make this date night spot the ultimate ‘get out of the doghouse’ date. You’ll score some major brownie point here ☺.
Listen to me every Thursday night around 8:20pm on SBK Live (FM 104.1) for more fabulous date night ideas!
