A regular on the comic circuit, Brad Williams has appeared on numerous TV shows including the Tonight Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The winner of these two tickets will get VIP seating right in front of the stage.

The winner will be randomly selected at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 27 using the random number generator at Random.org and then notified by email, and announced via Twitter and Facebook.
