One of the things I love about Orlando is that we have dozens of dining hubs scattered all over the area ideal for exploring on date night. Today, I’m going to give you some ideas for Ivanhoe Village, the bohemian shopping and dining district formerly named The Antique District.

Dinner

There are a handful of extraordinarily affordable restaurants in the district, including The Greek Corner, White Wolf Café, and its new sister restaurant, Wolfies Pizzamia. If you’re looking for something a little more upscale, try Gargi's Lakeside.

Drinks

Your best bet is Imperial Wine Bar & Beer Garden where you’ll find a great selection of craft beer and unusual wines by the glass. You’ll often find a food truck parked outside and sometimes there is live music. Check Imperial's Facebook page for up-to-date info.

Dessert

Wander over to Twisted Bliss’s colorful walk-up window where you’ll find a friendly gal serving an eclectic frozen treat like nothing you’ll find anywhere else in Orlando. Part soft-serve ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelati, this layered dessert comes with your choice of toppings, including Oreo cookies and Fruity Pebbles cereal. Twisted Bliss is open until 9pm Monday through Saturday.Watch their Facebook page for daily deals.
