Lotus, a chic farm-to-table fusion concept serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, opened this August at the foot of The Sanctuary building (100 S. Eola Drive).
I visited during a media dinner last week and was given a tasting of several items on the menu, including the Lotus Chips, Pork Belly Tacos, and Wok Seared Mahi. While I never quite grasped the “farm-to-table” part of the concept, I have to give the restaurant kudos for its imaginative offerings. I thought the food and the cocktails were tasty and reasonably priced. I’d eat there again.
Being just over a month old, word is still spreading about Lotus, which is likely why management created a stellar September dining deal designed to lure couples in.
For the entire month, Lotus will be offering a “Dinner for Two” promo, which gives couples 1 bottle of champagne, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. Of course, you’ll be limited to select options from the menu, but at a price of just $49 per couple, that’s still a compelling offer.
This promo is available 7 days a week from 6pm through the month of September.
Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Cheers
