It looks like all of Orlando’s amorous activities span more than a week this year, with the festivities kicking off Friday, February 7th and lasting all the way through Saturday, February 15th.

It’ll be tough to choose. There are a TON of fabulous happenings around the city. Here’s the first of two posts dedicated to Valentine’s in Orlando!

Harbor Nights Romantico
Friday, February 7, 6:30 – 9 pm
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando
$45 in advance, $55 at the door
Reserved seating is $75 in advance only and includes private wine station and passed hors d'oeuvres, plus all the benefits of a regular Harbor Nights ticket.

An artistic evening that combines sweet and intoxicating art installations, a live art show, band, dancers, flying paint, water and sand. Local artists and architects have created interactive art installations with sweet and intoxicating edibles for you and your valentine.  View, taste and interact with the lollipop tree, marshmallow art, gummy bear infused cocktails, pink martini glass arch and life sized candy board game.

Orange County History Center
For adults only, this special evening is designed for a Valentine's Day date night. With film shorts being shown such as The Stupid Cupid, Porky's Romance, Porky's Picnic, Carrotblanca, Of Rice and Hen, the Hare Splitter, Bugs Bunny's Valentine, and A Hick, A Slick and A Chick, couples will be able to experience an alternative idea to the typical Valentine's Day activities. With popcorn, wine, champagne, and chocolate being available, this date night will be one that goes down in history with the help of Warner Bros. Cartoons.
