BarJMe, the exclusive chef’s table I raved about in a previous blog post, will return for one night only on June 20. The evening’s fare will focus solely on Spain's northern Basque region, and will be served to just a handful of guests seated on barstools overlooking the kitchen and at tables around the Winter Park location of Cuisiniers Catering. So far, the custom menu touts 8-12 tastings for each guest, but there are bound to be a few surprises up Chef Jamie McFadden’s sleeves.
Cost is $95, which includes wine. Seating times are staggered from 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Call 407-975-8763 for reservations.
