Finally, Hemingway's, the Key West-themed restaurant located on property, is still running its Flavors of  Summer three-course prix-fixe menu priced at just $64 per couple.

Located a mile from Walt Disney World, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is home to a ½ acre, free- flowing lagoon pool with 12 waterfalls, a stunningly beautiful and peaceful space where you can easily spend several hours relaxing.

For those seeking a little more action, Hyatt has kayaks and paddleboats available for use on the resort’s lake. You can borrow bikes and head out on the biking trails, tackle the onsite rock-climbing wall, or take a snooze on the beach hammocks. All the amenities and activities are included with the daily resort fee. At around 9pm, be sure to grab a set around the outdoor fire pits to watch the Disney fireworks and roast S’mores.
