To find a traditional Indian restaurants with a buffet style wouldn't be anything too out of the ordinary, but how many do you know serve breakfast? Sunday brunch at Mynt gives this tradition a modern twist. The brunch menu contains recipes often not offered on the restaurant’s regular menu and are created based on in-season ingredients and what’s on the mind of Executive Chef Karthik P. The brunch is described as a table-side buffet because each course is served to your table but is “endless” and can be replenished upon request. Even if you come hungry, it's best to pace yourself.

Mynt’s brunch is a multi-course meal consisting of a soup, appetizer, multiple entrees, dessert and, of course, a glass of champagne. The meal begins with a basket of Papad, crisp wafers of pressed lentils and rice, served with mint and tamarind chutney and is followed by a light roasted tomato soup. Then come portions of kababs and a Tandor platter. The entrees are a mix of vegetarian curries and Butter chicken dishes served with rice and fresh, warm naan, perfect for sopping up the aromatic mix of sauces and spices. It’s easy to get carried away but keep in mind there’s still a dessert course featuring both warm and chilled sweet treats.

Mynt’s cuisine is known for authentic Indian flavors with wide ranging culinary influences. According to Chef Karthik, flavors from all regions of India are brought together on his tables. His Sunday brunch is perfect for weekend warriors who want to treat their tastebuds to an exotic and memorable meal.
