In commemoration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, Tapa Toro has launched two menus designed to celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
During a month-and-a-half-long promotion starting September 1 through October 15, this much-applauded I-Drive 360 tapas restaurant will feature a four-course lunch for $18 per person and a five-course dinner for $33 per person.
