If you've got a sweet tooth, you just never know when a craving will hit. And while a Snickers bar snagged from your local 7/11 might do the trick, wouldn't it be better to sink your teeth into something ooey, gooey delicious? We think so. Here are 11 dessert spots in Orlando that are open late so  you either can stop by after your dinner date or visit during a moonlit sugar sprint.

Santiago’s Bodega

Known for their tapas-style dishes and colorful atmosphere, Santiago’s Bodega also has a delicious dessert menu.

The Smiling Bison

The Smiling Bison is one of the gems in Baldwin Park. The restaurant's dessert selection is yet another reason to visit. Definitely try the bread pudding on the menu; it is the perfect mix between sugar and spice, and it’s everything nice!

Artisan’s Table’s farm-to-table menu is all the rage in Orlando, but many haven’t tried the sweet side to its menu—their desserts. Made with fresh ingredients just like everything else on their menu, Artisan’s Table’s is a great late-night dessert option for those in downtown Orlando.

Tucked away in Waterford Plaza, this craft coffee shop is growing a following due to its amazing coffee selections, tea options and dessert choices. It is one of my favorite go-to places in East Orlando for coffee, and they have an assortment of baked goods that are out of this world.

This dessert destination is not for the faint-hearted. If you’re looking for somewhere that has plenty of chocolate dessert options, Ghirardelli is the place to go. A bonus: It is located in Disney Springs, so you can stop by after having dinner at Bongo’s Cuban Cafe, catching a movie or seeing a Cirque du Soleil show.

Tapas, art and live entertainment are what Café Tu Tu Tango is known for. They also have a great list of desserts to indulge in after hours. A personal favorite – their cheesecake lollipops and chocolate calzone. Both are an overload of richness and sweetness.

Austin’s Coffee has a very local feel – local music, entertainment, coffee and food products. If you’re a vegan and want to indulge in a little late-night dessert after a great date, this would be the place to go. They have plenty of late-night dessert options – vegan and non-vegan – and usually there’s some type of live entertainment going on.

A go-to restaurant spot for locals and out-of-towners alike, most people don’t know that Pom Pom’s has so much to offer beyond teas – like their amazing desserts. You can not only grab a hot cup of blueberry love, but also grab a cupcake to go with it.

Five f(x) Ice Cream

Want to grab coffee at Vespr but not necessarily have any of their selection of sweets? You can just walk next door to Five f(x) and get your sweet fix. This is a unique dessert place where they make taiyakis filled with a variety of different fillings. A “taiyaki” is a Japanese fish-shaped cake that is usually filled with custard, chocolate, cream or paste. Five f(x) combines this waffle-like dessert and an assortment of made-in-front-of-you ice cream flavors. This place is good to go to after a movie in Waterford Plaza or just for a late-night sweet snack.
