I am so excited to share the news about a new supper club series we’re launching in August. It’s called the Discovery Dinner Series and it’s the total opposite of the typical wine pairing dinner.

In fact, it’s not dinner: it’s an immersive, hands-on food adventure designed to take you on a culinary journey you won’t soon forget.

We’re debuting this concept on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at deep blu seafood grille inside the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek with five blow-your-mind courses.

The first course will showcase this award-winning restaurant’s most legendary dish and you’ll learn directly from Chef John Sadio what makes it so darn special.

The next course will combine atomic and molecular elements in a dish we promise you have never seen or tasted before but will rave about for weeks to come.

Then we’ll get the chance to try a dish Chef John Sadio is experimenting with. He’ll present this dish to us for review and use our feedback to perfect it for upcoming menus.

Next, you and I will get the chance to play chef while we prepare a dish table side and learn some innovative but simple techniques we can use at home.

And finally, we’ll finish with a dessert pairing to learn the art of combining sweets with the perfect after-dinner cocktail.

With more than 15 years of culinary experience and a keen eye for detail, Chef John Sadio has been a key figure in all culinary operations at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek since 2011. Chef Sadio began his culinary adventure with The Art Institute of California in Los Angeles. After graduating, he expanded his resume in Las Vegas, Washington D.C. and finally, Florida; where he was a part of the opening team for Wyndham Grand Orlando.

Tickets are $99 per person including tax, gratuity and valet parking. The dinner includes five courses, each paired with wine or cocktails. Get your tickets here:

We only have 20 spots for this dinner so be sure to head to Orlando Date Night Guide today to get all the details.
