UPDATE: As a preventative measure due to Coronavirus, this event has been canceled.
Cool date day alert!! Explore Clermont’s charming streets and parks on two wheels during the city’s upcoming 3rd Annual Cycle & Seek bicycle scavenger hunt.
Perfect for families, friends and couples, this fun and free annual event is open to teams of 2-4. As you cruise through Downtown Clermont you’ll be tasked with taking photos and solving clues on an approximate 5-mile bike ride that will take you from stores to parks like the scenic Waterfront Park and Lake Hiawatha Preserve. Test your knowledge of Downtown Clermont (you might want to read our day date guide in preparation) all while learning fun facts about Orlando’s cute neighboring city.
The scavenger hunt will take place from noon – 3pm starting and ending at Waterfront Park. Once you’ve completed the scavenger hunt, stick around for the after party with live music. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest teams and those with the best bicycle decorations.
It’s 100% free to participate, just make sure you bring a bike. Pre-registration is currently open through March 20. Day-of registration will be open between 11am-noon on March 21 at Waterfront Park. A medal will be given to the first 100 participants who sign up.
