Budget friendly and Disney Springs may not seem to be a likely pair. But with a little research and planning, there are a surprising amount of inexpensive activities to enjoy alongside affordable eats. There are quite a few options for Happy Hour at Disney Springs to make things a little easier on the wallet, without losing the fun. One such venue to add to your rotation is STK Orlando Happy Hour.
Served in the bar and lounge area Monday-Friday from 3:30-6pm, happy hour includes $3 – $9 plates, and $9 specialty cocktails, and select wines by the glass.
Below are the delectable details of our recent hosted visit.

STK’s lineup of specialty cocktails is stellar. If you’re used to paying full price for your sips around Disney Springs, you'll feel like you've won the lottery with $9 specialty drinks and select wines by the glass.
Our picks for delicious STK Orlando drinks:
- Cucumber Stilleto with Grey Goose Vodka, St. Germain liqueur, and muddled cucumber and mint
- Not Your Daddy's Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, bitters, brown sugar, and vanilla bean
- Strawberry Cobbler with Belevedere Vodka, muddled strawberry, and graham cracker crust (if you like your drinks on the sweet side)
- Don't Mock Me Mocktail, a refreshing blend of muddled watermelon, mint, and sparkling water (a good way to stay hydrated whether you're imbibing or not)
There are thirteen bites to choose from on the menu, grouped into price points of $3, $6, and $9. The diversity of the STK Orlando Happy Hour menu is impressive. Everyone is going to find something to love. And the variety of flavors means you can mix it up, or order by matching flavors together.
For example, you could go hearty with Wagyu Meatballs, Short Rib Quesadilla, and Steak and Frits (the truffle butter is divine on this one). If you decide to stick with hearty, rich flavors consider ordering a glass of the Happy Hour Cabernet Sauvignon to round out the bold flavors. Or focus on seafood with Raw Oysters on the Half Shell, Tuna Tartare Tacos, and some Crispy Calamari.
Our picks for delicious STK Orlando eats:
- Tuna Tartare Tacos
- Lil' Brg + Truffle Fries
- Tater Tots – which are actually large and a little creamy
- Wagyu Meatballs
- Beef Tartare
- Crispy Calamari
The star of the show for STK Orlando Happy Hour is the Lil' Brg with Truffle Fries. Served as two mini sliders, topped with onions and a creamy secret sauce, this bite-sized burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. It comes with a side of savory parmesan truffle fries, which may not do your breath any favors but will definitely make your belly happy. The Lil' Brg has been a staple of happy hour for years.
The Tuna Tartare Tacos are adorably tiny so taco lovers take note: these are not for sharing. If you want something fresh and light, yet satisfying this plate of two tuna tacos is for you.
Practically every plate comes with a sauce of some kind for dipping, and each one is divine. Some portions are a tad small, but if you select at least one of the $9 plates to go with your other selections you'll probably get your fill, depending on your appetite.
STK is a brand of steakhouses found in major cities like Las Vegas, Chicago, and New York City. What STK offers that is different from other brands is a playfulness and sexy vibe. The music is often pretty loud, and there is usually a DJ mixing it up.
The dining room is modern and trendy. The back booths are on a slightly elevated level, overlooking the bar and dining tables. An outdoor seating area is inviting during the cooler months, and helps as a reprieve for those not digging the louder music and nightclub-style vibes.
For happy hour the atmosphere and the music are perfect. I prefer STK Orlando for happy hour because of its social, vibrant atmosphere. The service is often friendly and upbeat. It is the perfect place to grab some cocktails and sharable plates together for date night, or in our case, girls' night out.
