National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15) is a way to celebrate the history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic-Americans. Communities nationwide mark the achievements of Hispanic and Latino Americans with special events and educational activities. And there are plenty of ways to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Orlando.

Latin Jazz and Art Festival

Saturday, September 24, 5pm – 9pm
Lake Concord Park, Casselberry
The Rico Monaco Band with special guest star Tito Puente Jr. will headline. A few food trucks will be on-site and two art houses will be open to explore in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in Orlando. Bring your own chairs, blankets, and whatever else you need for a lovely evening in the park.

Hispanic Heritage Month Community Celebration Event

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and District 2 City Commissioner Tony Ortiz invite you to the 16th edition of the City of Orlando’s Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration Event.
This free event gathers our community to celebrate the heritage, culture and contributions of Hispanic residents to our city and nation with Latin food, music and entertainment.

Vamos a la fiesta! Museum of Illusions Orlando invites guests to experience Noche de Sabor, or “Night of Flavors,” in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in Orlando. The interactive attraction is inviting guests to an exclusive fiesta featuring a live band, DJ and salsa dancers. During the event, party guests can enjoy the museum as well as take a complimentary trip on The Wheel at ICON Park.

“¡Vamos! – Báilalo” show at Universal Studios Florida

guests can now enjoy a brand-new street show at Universal Studios Florida – “¡Vamos! – Báilalo” – kicking off just in time for Hispanic Heritage Month and running beyond. A high-energy Latin dance experience with a classic look and modern musical flair, “¡Vamos! – Báilalo” transforms the New York area of the theme park into a vibrant atmosphere filled with Latin flavor as a dozen dancers take to the streets for an energetic 12-minute performance – inviting guests to let loose, get loud and dance along to the irresistible beats of the music.
Daily at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month in Winter Garden

Head to beautiful downtown Winter Garden for live music, food, art, and merchandise.
There will be two special performances (September 16 & 23) in observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month during the City’s Fridays on the Plaza concert series. In addition, there will be two special performances (September 10 & 17) at the award-winning Winter Garden Farmers Market.
