Best Food at Flower And Garden Festival
For many couples, the Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT is a beautiful date idea because of the lovely gardens and topiaries, paired with the delicious food and drink. There are so many choices it can be overwhelming.
TL/DR: My absolute favorite food item for 2026 is the Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with black forest ham and melted Gruyère cheese from Germany, and my favorite drink is the Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail with Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon from Farmers Feast. Also, the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake at Swirled Showcase is divine! So happy each of these are returning this year!

Ever wonder how Disney chefs dream up the festival menu? Come behind the scenes with us to find out!
Here is the best food at the 2026 Flower And Garden Festival – based on past visits and reviewing this year's menu:

Bite-Size Reviews from a First Timer
A member of our Tampa Bay Date Night Guide team visited the Flower and Garden Festival for the First Time Ever! Here are her picks for best festival food this year:
- Captain's Board from Yacht Grub, found between the Imagination! Pavilion and World Showcase. We think this was the most bang for our buck. The amount of cheese and prosciutto on this board was insane.
- Chicken and Waffles from The Honey Bee-Stro, also found between the Imagination! Pavilion and World Showcase. Overall this was the best tasting item we had all day. The Chicken was juicy and the corn waffle was the perfect sweetness to balance with the chicken. We also loved the honey butter.
- French Toast from BRUNCHCOT in World Discovery. We ended the day on this sweet treat, and it was perfect. The outside of the French Toast was perfectly golden and crispy, while the inside was soft.
- Seared Scallops from Northern Bloom in Canada. This was the best seafood dish that we had all day. The scallops were perfectly cooked, and the Bacon Vinaigrette added a great contrast in flavor. The green beans gave the dish the fresh crunch that it needed.
- Ramen Cup from Hanami in Japan. This was perfectly light and refreshing. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and it was just a tad spicy without being overwhelming. Do note that this ramen dish is served cold.
- Croissant au Fromage de Chévre, Herbes et Ail Rôtie from Fleur de Lys in France. This was a heavier pastry but it was so delicious. The Goat Cheese filling was absolutely amazing, and the croissant held up well.
Also, the plant-based Lumpia at The Citrus Blossom (Odyssey) is worth a try! Savory and delicious!

Important note about EPCOT Farmers Feast – inside Communicore Hall this year! For 2026, the Farmers Feast booth has a menu that changes throughout the festival. Relaxing Date Idea – head to Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina (Morocco) for a relaxing environment. Rest your feet at the many tables and chairs, and it is all indoors. Beautiful Moroccan music can be heard softly over the air as lovely Moroccan art and decor surrounds you. Have some light nibbles and sip on refreshing beverages.
