Cinco de Mayo Dinner + Curamia Tequila Pairing

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Kitchen! Special four-course menu includes pairings with Curamia Tequila. Featured dishes: Fresh fish ceviche, Reposado & Modelo-braised carnitas, grilled ribeye in Añejo lime mole sauce and for dessert, a decadent dark chocolate mango cup. $150++ per person. Derby/Cinco Party Weekend Extravaganza

Get ready for big hats, bold bowties, and all the Derby Day flair you can handle for the 3rd annual celebration of the most exciting 2 minutes in sports on Saturday, May 3rd from 2pm – 11pm. There will be a custom hat maker on site, plus Mohawk Smokehouse BBQ will be serving up good eats from 5-8 p.m.
Come back Sunday, May 4th from 2pm – 8pm for our official release of our new Reposado Mezcal. Enjoy an afternoon of margs and birra tacos from Fui Yo Mexicana 3 – 6 p.m.
