Taverna Opa
9101 International Dr #2240, Orlando, FL 32819
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 12pm – 11pm
Menu highlights: Saganaki griddled cheese, lamb, calamari, salads, hummus trio
Escape to Greece and pretend you’ve stumbled on a party at this classic Pointe Orlando restaurant. Taverna Opa invites you to celebrate and revel in Greek food, and Mediterranean dance and music. Zorba and Belly dancing kicks off at 7pm nightly. Bring a few dollars to show your appreciation for the entertainment.
Dinner here will ensure you're satisfied and fueled for a fun night out. Or there are plenty of delicious appetizers to start your night before embarking on more excitement around Pointe Orlando.
The cocktail menu will make your eyes go wide. We tried the Baklava Coquito with RumChata, Captain Morgan, cinnamon, and baklava syrup as well as the Greek Island Mojito with Skinos mastiha liqueur, fresh mint, and muddled lime – it was tempting to order another round.
The Athenian Old Fashion with Woodford Reserve bourbon, Metaxa 7, Angostura orange bitters, luxardo cherry, and Otto's Athens vermouth made for a unique spin on one of our favorite date night cocktails.
For food, we shared and nibbled on the hummus trio and Saganaki griddled cheese. Both are perfect to kick start your night – the hummus is fresh and made in-house, easy for sharing and the Saganaki griddled cheese is set aflame, tableside. Pro-tip, ask for a side of honey for an authentic taste of Greece.
Blue Martini
9101 International Dr. Suite 1182, Orlando, FL 32819

Step inside the ultimate ultra-lounge. Blue Martini is an icon of Orlando nightlife, creating memorable nights for years and years.
Rich, dark wood and moody lighting set the tone for a sophisticated and fun night out. The drink menu highlights martinis, of course, with classics like the Cosmopolitan and Lemon Drop, and the namesake Blue Martini with citrus flavors.
The Jalapeño Passion Fruit is a spicy yet sweet tequila-based cocktail perfect for spicing up the night before showing off your own spiciness on the dance floor. The food is great for sharing, especially the Thai Chicken and the Beef Sliders.
In the early evening live acoustic music welcomes you at the lovely outdoor patio, complete with a firepit fountain. And at 8pm the live band kicks off ready to celebrate and party with you. Grab a coveted seat at the bar that also serves as the band's stage for a really lively night.

Cuba Libre
9101 International Dr Orlando, FL 32819
Dinner hours: Daily 5pm – 10pm, Fridays and Saturdays Dj & Dancing: 10pm-2am
Menu highlights: Flavored mojitos, empanadas, dorado frito, ropa vieja
One of the liveliest Pointe Orlando restaurants is Cuba Libre. If you want your dinner to turn into late night dancing and celebrating, this is the move.
The vibrant interior feels like a dance hall in Cuba. The tropical cocktails are a must, and mojitos are available by the pitcher for a true party night. Start with some empanadas, which are large, flavorful, and perfectly tender to settle into the Cuban vibes.
During our double date night, we made a reservation for 8:30pm. After a night of hopping around Pointe Orlando we had a great finale at Cuba Libre. I happily shared a plate of Ropa Vieja with my husband, while our friends enjoyed Dorado Frito and Pollo Asado. We shared a pitcher of coconut mojitos that went down way too easily.
As the night went on the energy ramped up. Tables cleared the way to become a lively dance floor. Plenty of couples showed off their Latin dance moves while others, like us, admired the moves while swaying our hips on the edge of the dance floor.
Save room for dessert! Go for the Salted Caramel Cake, Pina Upside Down Cake, or the massive Havana Banana Split – each served with sparklers for a dazzling dessert. The fun really heats up on Tropical Fridays and Viva La Summer/Viva La Noche on Saturdays.
