The cocktail bar offers elevated mixology in its precise and beautiful cocktails.
Nami offers a Chef's Counter experience daily for those ready to embark on an exciting culinary adventure with Chefs Freddy Money and Jason Beliveau. Ready by 6:30pm for a warm welcome toast, leading into a gastronomic journey starting at 7:00pm sharp. Their chefs have artfully curated a 20-bite tasting menu, a fusion of European heritage and Japanese zest.
Every dish is a piece of culinary art, designed to tantalize your senses. This communal chef's counter experience is all about interaction and phenomenal food.

The Osprey – Baldwin Park

This eclectic and contemporary restaurant in Baldwin Park serves traditional American edibles with a modern twist while using superior ingredients. The chef’s table seats twelve guests and sits to one side of the dining room giving the illusion of intimacy. During certain times of the year, the chef’s table is also used for seasonal Chef’s Tasting Menu events.

Camille offers an intimate Chef-to-guest encounter with an 8-seat chef's counter, four private booths, and one exclusive dining room. The concept introduces a seasonal, multi-course menu, offering a modern interpretation of Vietnamese cuisine with French influences.

This restaurant was designed for every guest in the house to have a chef’s table experience. With a culinary background from Disney’s Victoria & Albert’s, hosts Kevin and Laurie Tarter will make sure your evening is a romantic rendezvous. With a seat at the exclusive chef's table, diners will partake in a three-course prix fixe menu with optional wine pairings. Not only will the chef personally stop by your table, but you will also be able to peek into the kitchen from your seat.

Fabio's Table is a wonderful 5-course menu with wine pairings hosted by chef-owner Fabio himself. In addition to delectable dishes that are personally prepared and presented to you, Fabio offers plant-based versions as well if that is your preference.

Guests are sure to experience a true farm-to-table spread at Highball & Harvest, located at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando. Dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients harvested from the on-site Whisper Creek Farm, as well as local fields. The passionate chefs delight in producing a five-course dinner for up to eight diners at the chef's table. Susuru Juju Kappo Bar Tasting Experience – East Colonial

One of the coolest themed restaurants in the Orlando area, Susuru Orlando, is now expanding to a new home on East Colonial. Susuru Juju opened on National Cat Day, October 29, and offers regular dining as well as a Kappo Bar Tasting Experience which is more casual than a traditional Omakase experience. Plans are in the works to offer late-night dining as well.
Not only is the food authentic and delectable, but the atmosphere is truly special. With retro touches and lots of rare finds, Susuru Juju is decked out in Shōwa-era memorabilia. The Shōwa era ranges from 1926-1989 when Emperor Hirohito reigned. Pop culture icons Astroboy and Godzilla ruled the hearts of many during this time and plenty of tributes are found within Susuru Juju.
We were invited to enjoy the Kappo Bar Tasting Experience during their testing period. It is absolutely exquisite. Anyone who may be nervous about trying new foods during a traditional Omakse will be pleased to know that the Kappo Bar at Juju is approachable and not intimidating. Chef-Owner Lewis Lin steers his staff and his diners along an exciting, yet comfortable multi-course experience.
While authentic and fresh, the tasting menu is sure to please anyone looking for a truly unique date night dining experience. Chef Lewis Lin plans to rotate the Kappo Bar Tasting Experience menu each month based on what is fresh and in season.
Kappo bar seats start at $180 per guest and an optional sake pairing featuring premium sake is available for $70 per guest. Each experience is 1 hr and 45 minutes so prompt timing is essential.
Sushi Saint – Downtown

Kadence – Orlando

Arrive with an open mind and prepare to treat your palate to a multi-course adventure at Kadence. The 9-seat sushi and sake bar, opened by the same team who operated Kappo inside of East End Market, treats guests to a variety of lunch and dinner experiences throughout the week, including a 7-course Kappo-style tasting menu every Sunday. This feast is best suited for the adventurous and curious as you never know what's going to wind up on your plate. For the ultimate culinary encounter, reserve a seat during dinner for an 18+ course sushi and sashimi tasting. The menu is seasonally focused and utilizes fresh ingredients and thus changes often.
Price is $305 per person. Reservations must be made in advance online for dinner and the Sunday tasting menu. Prepayment in full is required.
Kabooki Sushi – Orlando Omakase

With a passion for creativity and artful dishes that are packed with flavor, Chef Henry Moso delights in presenting each guest with a fresh affair they will remember. Chef Henry Moso is now a James Beard Nominated Chef. Kabooki Sushi is currently offering a Chef's Sushi Tasting and a Chef's Omakase located at the sushi bar. These seats allow patrons to ogle at the chef’s showcase and culinary theatrics. A minimum of three days advance notice is required to ensure the best seasonal ingredients are utilized. The meal lasts 2-3 hours and the last seating is at 7pm.
These experiences are available at both the original East Colonial location and the Sand Lake Road location. The Chef's Sushi Tasting is $125 per person and includes 10 pieces and a soup. The Chef's Omakase is $250 per person and includes a 10 – 15 course Omakase experience.
Dragonfly Robata Grill & Sushi – Orlando

Perched on the ninth floor of the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek, Illume is the resort’s striking rooftop lounge and bar that serves contemporary, Asian-inspired cuisine and creative cocktails. Newly launched this month from Illume is their Omakase service, located at the restaurant’s sushi counter with 6 exclusive spots available to book Sunday evenings at 5:30pm.
