gluten free dining available at Super Rico Colombian Bistro Gluten-Free Dining Orlando

Sometimes it can be hard for any of us to decide on a restaurant for date night. And it’s even more challenging if one or both partners have a wheat allergy, gluten sensitivity, or celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder that requires a gluten-free diet. You've come to the right place if you're looking for Gluten-free restaurants in Orlando, especially for date night.

Gluten-free restaurants in Orlando for Date Night

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. For those who can safely consume it, you can thank gluten for the glorious elasticity and chew found in yummy products like bread and pizza dough. But, for those who can’t tolerate it, gluten can cause bloating, fatigue, damage to intestines and many more unpleasant symptoms that one certainly does not want to experience on date night (or any time for that matter)!

We’ve rounded up Orlando area restaurants with tasty, gluten-free menu selections so you can enjoy every bite on your next date night.

Our favorite Gluten-free restaurants

Tori Tori

Located in Mills 50 district

This Japanese pub quickly became a date night go-to thanks to unique seafood nibbles and more, including gluten-free items.

Serving upscale small plates, you’ll enjoy sharable bites with your love, plus cocktails, wine, beer, or sake.

FYI, this hotspot doesn’t take reservations so it’s best to walk-in early to snag a seat.

Sofito Latin Café

Located in Lake Buena Vista

Attention Latin lovers… you’ll love Sofito’s beef picadilla. It’s a generous heaping of ground beef, plantains and black beans atop of fluffy white rice.

Since the empanadas are made with corn-flour dough, you must also try either the Venezuelan empanada, a slightly sweet pocket filled with beef, chicken or cheese; or the Colombian empanada, stuffed with beef, chicken or spiced potatoes.
