Within walking distance of Soco Thornton Park, the 1960's glam Stardust Lounge offers PEEK-A-BOO Burlesque, a unique experience every third Wednesday of the month. Referred to as the “Mother of Burlesque,” Blue Star hosts the show, selling out most nights.
Also located in Thornton Park, Cherry Bomb Burlesque is a new burlesque series held monthly at The Abbey.
Golf Greats + Ice Skates
Sam Snead’s Oak Grill and Tavern in Maitland honors the golf great, nicknamed “Slammin’ Sammy,” with memorabilia and rich wood decor. The Snead Family personally picks and places each piece of golf memorabilia in each tavern to create a welcoming, authentic atmosphere.

RDV Sportsplex Ice Den
After dinner, enjoy cold weather and ice skating at RDV Ice Den. The venue has one NHL-sized ice rink and one Olympic-sized ice rink for serious skaters.
The Ice Den offers a variety of activities from public ice skating to skate lessons, skate and shoot hockey, and drop-in hockey games. Regular ice skating sessions are $12.50, which include a skate rental. Admission for Friday and Saturday night (7:00-9:45pm) skate sessions is $15.50, including skate rental.

AdLib improv
Dubbed Orlando's only alternative improv comedy theater, AdLib Theatre hosts and teaches improv classes. Disney Springs can be expensive, but grabbing a bite to eat at House of Blues (HOB) Restaurant & Bar is quite affordable.
HOB Specials
Happy hour includes a limited food and drink menu of sides, samplers, flatbreads, and more paired with beer, wines, and cocktails. Happy hour is available every day from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the bar.
If you’re looking for a larger meal, stop by The Smokehouse, a quick-serve window at HOB with ribs, turkey legs, sandwiches and sides for less than $14 each.
There's almost always live music happening at HOB, so keep an eye out for larger concerts and intimate patio performances.
Characters in Flight Balloon
Once you’ve devoured your BBQ dinner, take a romantic tour of Lake Buena Vista from 400 feet up in the air. This tethered balloon was custom-built by a Paris-based company just for Disney. Snag the ride for two Groupon for $23, or save $2 on each ticket. The Characters in Flight balloon ride is open from 8:30 a.m. – 12 a.m.
