There's much excitement in Orlando about the 2024 Summer Olympics, which officially kick off on June 26 in France. The Paris 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony starts at 1:30 p.m. Orlando-time on Sunday, June 26. Once the Summer Olympics are officially underway, they run through August 11. There are a few Olympics watch parties and events in Orlando, all themed around celebrating this summer sporting event.

The Milk District's Olympic-Style Bites and Bar Crawl

On July 26, walk or bike from stop-to-stop in the Milk District during the Milky Way Olympics Bar and Bites Crawl. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, July 26, there will be exclusive food and drink stops, a Team USA costume contest, swag for the first 100 guests and more.

Crawl wristbands cost $10 per person in advance and can be picked up between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on the night of the event.

NBC's Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony in IMAX

Catch the excitement of the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony from your closest participating AMC movie theater with an IMAX presentation of NBC's Opening Ceremony coverage. On-screen coverage of the Opening Ceremonies begins at 1:30 p.m. at theaters like the AMC at Altamonte Mall. AMC theaters will also show select Olympic events in watch party formats throughout the 2024 Summer Olympics in various locations.

Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride

Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride will host a few watch events for men's and women's soccer, supporting several Orlando players who are competing in Paris. These events are:

Stadium Club at Caribe Royale Orlando

Stadium Club, the 500-seat, sports-themed facility at Caribe Royale Orlando, will be open for Summer Olympics viewing from July 26 through August 11.

Reservations for Stadium Club can be made in advance online, making it a great spot to reserve a table for a meal during some of your favorite Olympic events, which will be shown on the facility's large viewing screens.

At Universal Orlando Resort, there will be ongoing celebrations of the Olympics. There's an NBC Olympic Zone at Universal CityWalk's Music Plaza with photo ops and an NBC Sports watch party.
