Visiting Disney Springs Wellness Month is a fun way to kick off the new year and focus on your wellness goals. And during my own personal visit it reminded me that I can make wellness a priority just be being out and about in Orlando. Getting some extra steps in whenever possible. Taking a midday stretch, even if I am out and about in town!

As I walked around Disney Springs viewed some of the wellness facts and interesting info, I felt thankful. There are so many beautiful places around Orlando that make it easy to get out there and create some movement. And it's not that hard to incorporate some wellness into regular, everyday activities.
