One of the defining characteristics of Goodway Café is its unwavering commitment to building community. As a non-profit café and yoga center, it serves as a welcoming sanctuary where people can come together, connect, and find nourishment—both physical and emotional.

Whether you're unwinding with a good book, enjoying a conversation with a friend, or playing a board game, Goodway Café invites you to linger and savor the moment without feeling rushed. It’s the ideal space to relax, recharge, and nourish your soul.

About Adamdine, Goodway Café’s French Chef

Born in Bordeaux, the culinary heart of France, Chef Amandine grew up inspired by the vibrant flavors of her family’s kitchen. After honing her skills in luxury hotels from Saint-Tropez to the Basque Coast, she brought her passion stateside, managing EPCOT’s French Pavilion before joining forces with Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center. At Goodway Café, her mission is to create plant-based dishes that blend French tradition with modern wellness.

What’s On The Menu?

The menu at Goodway Café is a love letter to French cuisine with a plant-based twist. Whether you’re craving a rustic tartine, a savory buckwheat Galette Bretonne, or a refreshing cold-pressed juice, there’s something to fill up everyone’s cup.

Goodway Café has two menus: Breakfast (which is available all day) and Lunch which is available from 11am to 4:30pm (Monday through Friday).

The Breakfast Menu includes:

  • Tartine – A hearty slice of rustic bread with salty or sweet toppings
  • Tofu “Oeuf et Formage” Sandwich (“egg and cheese”) – Tofu, vegan cheddar, tomato, arugula, served on an English muffin
  • Tofu Scramble (GF) – Tofu, scramble, red and green bell pepper, parsley
  • Chocolate Croissant – The name says it all

Their Lunch service is much more comprehensive boasting:

  • Le Muffin Du Jardinier (GF) – Peas, carrots, and red onion chickpea flour savory muffins
  • Sandwich Baguette (My absolute favorite thing – you have to get this!) – Zucchini, mushroom, grilled onion, arugula, and pesto on an Old Hearth Bakery baguette
  • Galette Bretonne (GF) – A savory buckwheat crepe stuffed with tofu scramble, quinoa with veggies, or warm potato salad
  • Soup Du Jour – The day I visited, they actually had two options: Cauliflower Coconut Milk and Spinach Sweet Potato Curry. YUM!

And many, many more French dishes…. You won’t want to visit Goodway Café without pairing with one of their phenomenal house-made beverages:

Goodway Café has a very cold-press juicer that ensures you are getting every ounce of goodness in their freshly made juices. Their three top juices are:

  • Vitamins (Orange, Apple, Carrot, Lime Ginger) → My favorite energy boosting bev!
  • Refresh (Strawberry, Lychee, Beet, Mint)
  • Relax (Pineapple, Kiwi, Cucumber, Spinach, Lavender)

Smoothies

Like their juices, their smoothies are always made fresh for you. These include:

  • La Petite Verdure (Kiwi, Banana, Lemon, Spinach, Mint)
  • A La Plage (Pineapple, Coconut Milk, Lime)
  • La Vie en Rose (Strawberry, Watermelon, Apple, Blueberry, Vanilla)
  • Chaud Chocolate (Hazelnut Spread, Banana, Almond Milk)

Coffee

This is a love letter to any of the oat-milk cappuccino girlies who have sadly been informed that their fav brunch spot doesn’t have an espresso machine. Not only does Goodway Café have espresso, they have ESPRESSO. They also source beans from Kahwa Coffee in St Petesburg, FL! Enjoy any standard coffee beverages with plant-based milk of your choice:

  • Espresso
  • Drip Coffee
  • Americano
  • Espresso Macchiato
  • Cappuccino
  • Cold Brew

Teas

Partnering with a local herbalist in Clermont (Livin’ Boho), Goodway Café has some wonderful unique, calming tea blends:

  • 7 Chakras – Lavender, Chamomile, Rose, Lemon, Dandelion, Peppermint, and Blue Lotus
  • Moringa Blend – Moringa, Ginger, Lemon Peel
  • Coco Bliss – Yerba, Cacao, Cocoa Powder, and Mint
  • Mindful Bloom (Magnolia’s Signature Blend) – Lemon Balm, Lavender, Chamomile, Tulsi, Rose, and Orange Peel

On my recent visit, I got to enjoy their Galette Bretonne, Hazelnut Spread Tartine, Le Muffin Du Jardinier, Sandwich Baguette, La Petite Verdure Smoothie, and Vitamins fresh-pressed juice! I was surprised to see how many Gluten Free options are on the menu, including the Galette and the Muffins.

My favorite food items were the Hazelnut Spread Tartine and Sandwich Baguette. The Tartine was crunchy and sweet and decadent in all the right ways without feeling over-the-top or unhealthy. Oui Oui! The Sandwich Baguette was full of satiating umami deliciousness and once my husband found out I had half a sandwich left he jumped on it and couldn’t get enough. We’ll have to come back very soon to enjoy it again!

More Than a Plant-Based French Café

Goodway Café is part of a larger nonprofit, Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center, which offers trauma-informed yoga classes and also hosts a team of wholistic medical professionals (counseling, acupuncture, general practitioner, the works!). They are all based out of the the same building: a charming white Victorian facade in Longwood’s Founders Square. Some folks drop by the café before or after their yoga or counseling seshes.

Those interested in joining their yogi community can try their first class totally free through their website. The center’s “Trauma-Informed” approach creates a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental atmosphere. In this mindful environment, there are no mirrors in the studio, allowing individuals to focus on their practice without distractions. The windows are adorned by stained glass, to allow natural light in to create a serene environment.

The instructors guide classes with care and foster an atmosphere where each student can move at their own pace and feel empowered by their own body. This thoughtful approach is designed to ensure that everyone, including those who may have experienced trauma, can feel safe, supported, and fully accepted in their practice. Additionally, Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center offers scholarship-based yoga classes, making sure that financial barriers don't prevent anyone from experiencing the transformative benefits of yoga.
