Orlando Museum of Art has been completely transformed for the annual holiday event, Festival of Trees, when local designers, artists and bakers showcase their talents via amazingly decorated Christmas trees, wreathes and gingerbread houses.
Presented by Council of 101, Festival of Trees runs from November 15 – 23 with daily access to the holiday hub from 10am – 5pm. Tickets are $10 per adult and $6 for kids. Parking is $5.
Tickets to the Opening Night Festival Gala, which takes place on Friday, November 14 from 7pm – 11pm, are $125 per person, including gourmet fare, cocktails, entertainment and complimentary valet parking.
Make it a date night: Head to OMA around 3:30pm and take your time touring the multi-room space now packed with more than 100 trees and wreaths plus a slew of spectacular gingerbread houses. The event features live music, entertainers and a cafe with festive treats. Afterward, have dinner at one of three nearby dining districts, all minutes away. Try Txokos at East End Market, Santiago's Bodega on Virginia Drive or White Wolf Cafe in the Ivanhoe Village District.
