It’s advised to stretch before and after a climb, or any workout, but Aiguille is extending this practice by offering a variety of yoga classes. Sessions, 75 minutes in duration are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the evening. It’s free for members and $12 for non-members; loaner yoga mats are available.
