Calling all foodies! The beloved Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns for its 15th year Friday and Saturday, November 15-16, 2024. For the milestone year, the event will add an additional half-hour each evening, giving guests more time to enjoy the sips, flavors and music.
The event offers guests unlimited tastings at outdoor stations featuring culinary and beverage selections amidst a festive backdrop of live entertainment on the hotel’s scenic causeway. The menu lineup includes more than 20 delectable new dishes and beloved festival favorites from the hotel’s resident restaurants and lounges, and festival-exclusive pop-ups.
During the two-night event, guests will be able to enjoy different menus each night filled with a range of cuisines including Mexican, Italian, sushi, steak, seafood, and barbecue. In addition to food offerings, this year, there will be more than 150 wine and beverages from around the world.
In celebration of the event’s 15th year, guests can save 15 percent on a bundle offering tickets for both Friday and Saturday night. The bundle gives attendees a taste of everything the Food & Wine Classic has to offer, with different menu items featured each night. Additionally, fan favorite stations from years past will make an exclusive return, paying tribute to the event’s early years.

Food & Wine Classic names Wounded Warrior Project Charity Beneficiary for 2024
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic has named Wounded Warrior Project as the charitable beneficiary for the 15th annual event, taking place during National Veterans and Military Families Month. The nonprofit organization will receive a monetary donation comprised of event proceeds.
Founded in 2003, Wounded Warrior Project, headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., helps veterans who served in the military on or after Sept. 11, 2001, and incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound during or after service. The nonprofit’s free programs and services include mental health, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care. The organization will also be represented at the event, offering thousands of attendees an opportunity to learn more about its worthy cause.
About the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic treats guests to a street party festival with unlimited tastings of culinary selections from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, wine samplings from around the world and a selection of other beverages, all amidst a festive backdrop of live entertainment.
The event features numerous themed areas and specialty areas with more selections of food and drink.
With 23 restaurants and lounges and a distinguished culinary and beverage team, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort continually earns national recognition for its food and beverage program. The hotel features nearly 30 certified wine sommeliers and 1,400 wine selections.

- Roasted Linz Heritage Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with baked marble potatoes, caramelized onion purée, horseradish and béarnaise sauce from Shula’s Steak House
- Signature Classic Guacamole en Molcajete with fresh tortilla chips and roasted tomato salsa from Rosa Mexicano
- Butter Poached Bay Scallops with Florida corn purée, charred scallion vinaigrette, radish threads and shallot butter from For the Love of Florida specialty area
- Dragon Roll with crispy shrimp, yellowfin tuna, avocado, cream cheese, kewpie mayonnaise and eel sauce from Kimonos
- Gua Bao with sweet and spicy glazed pork belly, pickled cucumber, red chile, toasted sesame and hot sauce from Chinatown specialty area

All-new dishes debuting at the event this year include:
- Baja Style Fish Taco with shaved cabbage, pico de gallo, Rosa Mexicano white sauce and corn tortilla from Rosa Mexicano
- Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib with browned butter potato gnocchi, porcini mushroom purée, pecorino romano, fennel and parsley salad from Il Mulino
- Korean “No Mayo” Salad with rice noodles, bean sprouts, cucumber, kimchi, cashew and bibim from Cabana Bar and Beach Club
- Hand-Made Harissa Spiced Lamb Sausage with bulgar wheat, smoked yogurt and fennel-onion salad from Amare
- Slow Roasted Pernil with garlic and sour orange marinated crispy skinned pork, white rice, black beans, sweet plantains and fresh lime from For the Love of Florida specialty area
The hotel’s pastry team will also be showcasing a delectable array of all-new desserts.

SEMINARS
There's more to the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic besides indulging in unlimited food and drink tastings. You can also learn about the culinary arts. Take your pick of three entertaining seminars.
